SOG Request Information

Get funding for your organization!

Student Government Association provides funding for Student Organizations at UMD who do not receive Student Service Fee Funding. 

Interviews will be held on September 9th and 11th, 2024.

Instructions for applying:

  1. Read the Instructions/Walkthrough
  2. Read the Processes
  3. Fill out the UMDSGA Fall 2024 SOG Budget Request Form
    1. Within the form, fill out a budget template and email it to Remi Foust ([email protected]).
    2. Print out and fill out a W9 to have ready for interview, unless you are a Campus Life Program
  4. Once all the previous steps are complete sign up for an interview time slot 
  5. Start preparing for the interview

Note: Applications are now open and will close Saturday, September 7th @ 11:59 PM.

Late Applications will not be accepted.

  • Complete their annual organization registration and be signed up for campus groups 
  • Have the president of your organization complete the annual student organization leader training
