Who are we?
The University of Minnesota Duluth Student Government Association (UMDSGA) is a collection of students that serve as the voice of the entire student body.
What do we do?
We advocate for UMD students by shaping University policy, collaborating with Administrators, Faculty, and the Board of Regents, and engaging with legislators at every level of government.
When do we do it?
We aim to lift up the voices of UMD students as much and as frequently as possible. Through weekly organization meetings and constant communication with UMD staff and faculty, we work to ensure continual progress.
Why do we do it?
We are committed to bettering the UMD campus and improving the college experience for every student that we represent. SGA believes that all students deserve to be heard and works to ensure there is a campus that functions in the best interests of its students.
